My wife came home again in June. "I hope I have not to go away again to work out, I am getting tired of this struggling for just a mere living" I had to encourage her and hope for better things to come as I has only one team of oxen it was very slow.
I applied for my patent to the homestead this year and got it. I build my log house 25 feet by 18 feet, also dug another well as the first well did not give water enough.
